Posted on Tue, 14 Jun 2016
Question: Hi, a patch of skin on my penis (1' wide 2'' long) was damaged from masturbation and now that section is visibly much lighter than the rest of the skin, like albino light. It looks very different. What to do?

Brief Answer:
Seems to be leucoderma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it looks like leucoderma.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply tacrolimus 0.1 percent ointment on the white patch in the morning and Clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area at night.
This needs to be continued for a long time but under the supervision of the doctor.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
