Brief Answer:
Pityriasis XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr. kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist) I have gone through your query and I have viewed the images.
I can see an illdefined, hypopigmented patch just beside the angle of mouth.
This rough white patch is that of pityriasis XXXXXXX which is due to dryness of skin. This is not due to vitamin deficiency.
She may use a daily moisturizer for face. For the patch I suggest her to use tacrolimus 0.1% ointment (tacroz forte ointment), twice daily for 4-6 weeks. This ointment is to be rubbed into the patch.

Regards
