Brief Answer:
White flecks mucous or epithelial cells

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You recently had back pain and thinking it maybe a urinary tract infection you started cranberry juice and water. This morning you notice white flecks in your urine. More than likely these white flecks are epithelial cells or mucous from your bladder. This is very common and nothing to be concerned about. I do recommend that you continue to drink plenty of fluids to help maintain good hydration and improve urine flow. If you develop fever chills or your urine begins to burn and turn cloudy you may have a bladder infection and then see your medical provider

Brief Answer:
sign of kidney infection

Detailed Answer:
If your back is getting worse you may indeed have an infection. I would recommend that you see a medical provider today as waiting just allows the infection to worsen.
