Question: I have had these symptoms since November and have been to the doc three times. Not getting better. Last night couldn't sleep kept wheezing in my sinuses. Hard to breath. Keep losing my voice. Always hoarse or hardley no voice at all, like today. Green drainage and cough up slimey phlem. Had chest ex ray and lungs are completely clear. When got up this mornings, lower back is out. Dont no if it has anything to do with other symptons. Have heat on my back now .

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of chronic sinusitis is more..
So I advice to consult ENT doctor and get done
1. Clinical examination of nose
2. Endoscopic examination of sinuses
3. CT scan of paranasal sinuses.
You may need antibiotics and antifungal drugs.
Please let me know

I have never had CT scan or endoscopic scan on sinuses. The phlem is sometimes in green chunks and at times I can feel the drainage into my throat. Is that what is causing my hoariness and laryngitis?
