Brief Answer:
Lifestyle modification is essential

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have carefully gone through your query. Let me mention that Cyproheptidine has toxic effects on the liver and should not be taken unless there is any specific indication. On the other hand, dexamethasone is not something that you should self-medicate with. Moreover, these should not be taken for long durations (unless there are specific indications) and the dose needs to be tapered gradually before it is stopped altogether. Sudden withdrawal of the dose can mess up with your hormonal levels and may cause adverse reactions. Moreover, steroids are known to depress immunity. Gradually the hormonal levels come back to normal and so the adverse effects should go away.
As of now, you need to remain active. Regular exercise and morning walk as well as a protein and fibre rich diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables will help you remain healthy and fine. It will keep give you proper appetite, keep your constipation in control and would help you gain weight. Vitamin and mineral syrups do not supply you with proteins or carbohydrates and hence you need not take them. About the hairloss, you need to apply ketoconazole shampoo (available in brands like Nizoral) twice or thrice a week and see if it provides relief.
