Brief Answer:
Check your thyroid hormone levels and pancreas.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear User ! Thank you for posting your question here !
According to what you write your weight gain , high cholesterol level , anemia (iron defficensy , Pernicious anemia ) may be related to your low thyroid level .
Please give me some more information so I can have a clear idea of your condition and treatment.:
Do you take any treatment for low thyroid function? (like Levothyroxine )
Do you take any medication for Pernicious anemia ?(like vitamine B12 )
Do you take other medications beside these you mentioned here ?
Do you have any constipation /diarrhoea or oily stool or any other symptoms.?
Have you been diagnosed with nodules in your thyroid glands. ?
Do you experience any abdominal pain ( a persistent /pain that comes and goes away related or not to the food ?
Do you have any numbnes or tingling in your body ?
You need to evaluate your thyroid function by an endocrinologist , to find the cause and according to the result to start the treatment and also to see the condition of the dual ducts dilation by a gastroenterologist.

I will wait for your answers.
Take Care !
If you have any further questions let me know , I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
I would suggest follow up examinations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again !
Thank you for the extra information that you gave me . I read it carefully and I can understand.

I can say that you are receiving good treatment , for each condition that you have ( low thyroid , anemia, joint and bone problem) you have the right medication.
Regarding your concern for cancer, you've written that :in CT - scan it showed only the dilatation.

I can say there could be a lot of reasons for that-

Clinically you don't have any symptoms of pancreatic cancer but I cannot say for sure whether you have or not .

The dilatation sometimes could be idiopathic (when there's no reason found) .

I say that , cause it is very very hard to decide for sure in these stages. Meanwhile your CT scan doesn't show any cancer except dilatation , right?

The anemia you have, make me suspicious about several entities but also could be of thyroid as I said.

The only thing that you have to do is to follow up with ultrasound , CT scan every 3-6 months , do the blood test , physical examinations by your local doctor to stay in control. If the doctor observes something in your CT during the follow up that can arise suspicion of cancer, you will need to start the treatment immediately. If the doctor during follow up examinations , rules out possible cancer he /she will explain you why.

The next CT you should do after 3 -6 months from the last one .

This is what I should do if I were your treating doctor .
Please do the follow up with the examinations that I write to you with a gastroenterologist .
This is all I can say about this regard .

Hope It is helpful.
Take Care !
Wish you good health .
