Brief Answer:
Other medication available, but more information needed.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

It might be useful if you had mentioned since when have the symptoms started, the dosage of the medications, whether they do alleviate the symptoms, side effects etc.

Looking at that list of medication I see you are taking the first line options in sinemet, requip and kemadrin. Whether to make any change in medication depends on its efficacy. Parkinson's is not a disease which can be cured. It is only aimed to control its symptoms, to alleviate them in order to allow the best possible quality of life for as long as possible.
But it is important to not overmedicate to soon, too quickly, as with time medication is not as effective as before. So while there are other options such as amantadine, entacapone, rasagiline, duodopa pump etc they should be used only when absolutely necessary. Often simple measures such as changes in dosage or dividing dosages may be enough.

When medication is not enough surgical approaches like deep brain stimulation stimulation may be considered.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
