Brief Answer:
Such a presentation can be due to a number of causes, workup needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The weakness in legs, passing out sensations, sensations in the neck, can point to a number of problems and be included in the initial presentation of different disorders. The most likely causes would include anemia, low/high blood pressure, hypoglycemia, electrolyte imbalance. Menopause associated Hot flashes and thyroid pathology can also be the cause. You would require blood counts and metabolic profile to know better, in consult with your doctor. Mean age for menopause is around 51, so its a little premature though the diagnosis can be made through serial identification of elevated levels of gonadotropins. Multivitamins including vitamin D , weight bearing exercises, avoiding alcohol , smoking are some measures/life style changes you can adopt to help yourself. Further treatment would depend upon the results of the blood work.

Thank you for your response I have been looking into some of the disorders. I have had lab work done everything comes back good. However, they always mention my numbers concerning anemia but they always say that the numbers have always been like that. What numbers should I be concerned with? Thanks again for your time.
