Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Feeling weak, tired and with no energy can be a symptoms of many conditions or might be related to diet, hard working or poor sleep.
I would suggest to run some routine tests just to exclude any pathological cause for these symptoms like anemia, vitamin deficiency ,diabetes, hypothyroidism .
These tests include:
-Complete blood count
-blood sugar
-thyroid function tests (TSH)
-Lipidic profile
If all these tests are normal ,then you should do some diet changes and lifestyle modifications.
You need to eat healthy ,eat a lot of vegetables, fruits.Avoid fatty ,processed foods.
Drink plenty of water and exercise regularly (at least 45 min 3-4 times a week).
You can take a multivitamin complex, and Vitamin B complex for few weeks and see if these help.
Try to sleep more and to relax.

If you snore laud during sleep ,experience episodes of abrupt awakenings at night ,you may have sleep apnea, and this might be the cause of your symptoms.

If these symptoms has been going on for a while and don't seem to improve ,I would suggest to consult your general physician ,get examined and get the tests done.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubts to clarify.I would be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
