Brief Answer:
Your issues are simple, not dangerous and treatable

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

Your answers were really helpful.

Here i want to assure you that in my opinion you DON'T seem to have anything serious or dangerous, you seem to have inflammation which is common ans very treatable.

There is no fever so it doesn't seem to be an infaction, even if it is one , it isnt serious.

Treatment Strategy.

1) Don't worry it doesn't seem to be a dangerous thing

2) Take an over the counter antinflammatory tablet for example Tylenol 500mg twice a day for 5 days.

3) Take over the counter antihistamin like citerizine 10mg daoly at night for 5 days.

4) Keep good hygiene ..avoid sexual contact for a week.

5) Dont use any aids which can irritate the skin like lubrecants etc.

6) I would also suggest my patients to take ciprofloxacine for a week in order to protect them from infection.

7) Warm compresses can help.

What to expect :

Things are expected to get better in 3-4 days and will settle down in a week or ten days so don't worry stay calm.

I hope this answers the question, If you have more queries feel free to ask. otherwise rate and close the discussion.Wish you health :)
