Brief Answer:
pressure symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The huge fibroid you mentioned may be protruding into your abdomen.
The large mass presses on other abdomen organs and causes pressure symptoms.
This may lead to the above symptoms you mentioned and also fullness of stomach after food intake, shortness of breath after food intake.
Besides if the mass is a serosal uterus fibroid , one which is towards outside of uterus with long pedicle then the fibroid also moves around.
None of these symptoms are painful.
If the fibroid is pressing on the ureters it may cause hydronephrotic change in kidney.it will be better to do a ultrasound scan for the same.
Besides if the fibroid is causing anemia and heavy blood loss then it would be better to discuss with your doctor regarding hysterectomy or myomectomy.
