Brief Answer:
Upper endoscopy advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
1. If ECG and your blood tests were perfect, then, what explains the burning you feel in your stomach and "sensations in your chest" is GERD/reflux.

2. I advise to discuss with a GI specialist to schedule for upper endoscopy for further evaluations.

3. Meanwhile, I advise to:
- eat often, small portions and chew up slowly
- avoid alcohol, oily, chilly, spicy, fried foods
- avoid smoking
- raise your head when sleeping
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- take OTC ranitidine at bedtime and antacids after eating

Hope it helped!

Detailed Answer:

Hope this will be of help!
