Question: Dear Sir,

Since 2-3 weeks I have felt that i am sitting or walking My head is spinning and.I went o ENT they have checked
I dont have such any ear infection but i have sinus since 4-5 years now and then since 4-5 years.
ENT gave me one spray few antibiotics and advised me to take steam bath, later i visted one General Physicians as the spining doesnt stop and she told me go through B-12 test later it came out to be B-12 deffieciency too
and physician told that because i use to have pain in Neck and shoulder ,so this vertigo came.
I am taking vertin 16 mg twice in a day,but i am very depressed as i read in google for other sufferers.
after leaving vertin tablets it'is coming back and i didnt find a single scenario, where people say that
i am cured of vertigo.
its so strange and depressing for me to know there is no cure,
and i have to leave with this bad headache, dizziness and pain and with this Vertigo.
Feeling suicidal ...!!! help me...!!

Brief Answer:
All will improve with medication, nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Acute vestibular neuronitis can occur due to infection or sinusitis. The symptoms improve in a week or two.
Decongestant and antibiotics are helpful.
Antivertigo medications like betahistine or cinnarizine or dimenhydramine controls vertigo and can be taken for 2-4 weeks.
In many cases, the vertigo improves completely.
Neck pain and headache may be due to tension.
You should take treatment as prescribed by treating doctor.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

is this happening because of Sinus and yes doctor had
told me that ur neck and back pain is due to stress
as i work 12-13 hours a day.
One more question is is there something to
do with B-12 which has 110 and my Vitamin D is also low.??
