What Causes Vaginal Itching And Swelling?

Question: Im having vaginal ichiness and it is swollen.. I have no idea what is going on.

Hello,
There is a possibility that you may be suffering form vaginal candidiasis and vaginitis together. Please visit your physician for a per speculum examination and a high vaginal swab for culture to isolate the organism and then treat with antifugals or antibacterials for a week.
you need to avoid intercourse during th course of treatment.

if I did have that, is it normal to have extreme itchiness and pain? because when it starts itching, it hurts very badly. also, I noticed that the skin that is swollen is dry and some is peeling.

Vaginal itching is characteristic of vaginal yeast infection and scratching can cause swelling as well. Moreover chances are that there may be mixed bacterial and fungal infection leading to soreness and itchiness together.
So you may require to be treated with with both anti fungal and antibacterial pessaries available . e.g.:- CLINGEN ( CLOTRIMAZOLE+ CLINDAMYCIN) VAGINAL PESSARY TO USED EACH NIGHT FOR 7 DAYS.
