Brief Answer:
It's Pelvic Infection.

HI

Thanks for choosing HealthcareMAgic.

Definitely there is something wrong with your body. Post transplant you would have been put on Immunosuppressant drugs which will suppress your immunity. In such condition you are at high risk for developing infection. Even a simple infection can be lethal sometimes .

Fever is a sign of infection , so you are having some infection. Fever along with vaginal bleeding with lower abdomen pain indication that the infection is in your abdomen. I advise you get Ultrasound abdomen pelvis to look into the abdomen and localize the problem . Also get Urine and stool routine tests .

If fever is high or becoming high day by day ask your doctor to start Antibiotic empirically.

Revert back with the test reports.

Any clarifications feel free to ask .
