What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Nordette Pills?

Question: Hi, had vaginal bleeding a few hours after taking 4 nordette pills. It only lasted for a day. I am also taking OCP but missed a few days. Is the vaginal bleeding or spotting considered withdarawl bleeding caused by taking large amounts of nordette all of a sudden?
