Brief Answer:
Post ligation effects

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I suppose you mean that you got your fallopian tubes tied and and having bleeding since then.
It is a common phenomenon to have irregular bleeding and spotting for 3-4 months after the fallopian tube ligation.
However, other factors like fibroid of the uterus, hormonal disturbances and local lesions in the cervix and vagina should be ruled out by proper examination by an OBGYN specialist.
I suggest you to consult the women clinic as scheduled.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
