What Causes Urine Leakage From Genitals After Urination?
Question: Urine leakage after 5-10 mins of using the toilet.the problem has persisted for years nw..the other problem i noticed is after i masturbate..i feel semen is still left in my pe**.if i applly some pressure in my genitals using my legs..it leaks...the same happens during urine leakage...i just feel its going to leak...and i press my legs and it leaks.
After masturbationg .5-10 mins after if i pee..then i see cum leaking with it...and that makes the leakage over..i feel normal after that...i have had urine culture and sensitivity done...no any kind of infection all normal..recently had a prostate ultrasound done...no prostate inflammation too...nw i dont knw what the problem is actually...
And if i have an erection...then when the erection is down...semen tends to leak with pressure when penis is normal size....i have tried kegel exercise they arent helping....and the reports also show that the bladder volume are fine after and before...tried many doctors all say its normal...but nothings normal...i am having troubles..thank you

The amount of urine usually depend...but i have noticed its usually a little stream of urine or to say 5-10 drops
And after masturbation sometimes i have noticed after around10 minutes if i feel alot uncomfortable it usualy comes out in great amount..in a thick stream too...that is when i pee..i have to pee to get it out all...otherwise it leaks when i apply pressure between my balls

Other history suggests possibility of retrograde ejaculation. One should go for urine analysis to check for sperms in urine. If it is absent, it rules out retrograde ejaculation.
I suggest going for urine examination for semen/sperms.
For that you need to give the sample from the urine that comes first after masturbation.

The amount of semen in quantity is normal.so i never thought of retrograde.
And the semen leakage usually occurs on its own.its me who forces myself to urinate so that i get rid of the leakage mess of the semen..i just apply some pressure between my balls after urinating and it comes out after urine..
And i also leak alot of it during making out.or is it because it was first time..but it often leaks when making out and it just messy.or will this heal with time as i get more friendly and fond of making out

It seems that you have become obsessed with leakage and trying to clear more every time you urinate or masturbate.Just try to prevent this habit and check that in reality is there significant leakage or not? Do not press actively.
Semen is produced regularly after puberty by prostate and testicles and stored in seminal vesicles. This semen in general is expelled by masturbation or sex. When someone does not actively expel semen through masturbation or sex, there is excess semen in seminal vesicles.
When production rate exceeds capacity of storage of seminal vesicles stored semen has to come out to give space to newly produced semen.
This excess stored semen comes out during sleep, urination or defecation.
If you are not doing masturbation regularly or not involved in sexual activities, due to excessive semen collection leakage is possible.That is why I recommend increasing frequency of masturbation to prevent excess semen collection.

One last question..i also continuosly leak urine while having a bowel movement..every moment i get something out...there is also urine leaking in great amount that is...so i apply some some pressure to have a bowel...i have urine also...till the end of my bowel..and everytime i have a bm...seems the amount of urine doesnt just stoo coming out..
