You are experiencing left abdominal pain. Usually these symptoms are related with:
- constipation and IBS
- urinary tract issues like stines or infection.
I need to know more of your medical data like:
- do you have chronic constipation / diarrhea?
- do you have other symptoms like urinary disuria?
Meantime I would suggest to :
-use antispastic drugs like spasmex
-use plenty of water
- use pain killers if needed
