What Causes Unrealistic Thoughts Of Poisoning Me With IV Injections?

Question: Sometimes I imagine that while I sleeping in business trip, someone put something (poision or medicine) in my vein with I. V (while deep sleep)Although I know it is impossible and unrealistic, but I guess. would you pls. tell me that why this thinking is unrealistic (if posion -> I die or If something bad --> blood sepsis?? or bad effect ) because I don have medical knowledge.. (recent Business trip was almost 1month ago)is there any medicine or something bad could effect more later or it is impossible.I want to stop this unrealistic thinking after understanding the medical knowledge,Pls. explain me.

There is no such drug or sepsis germs that can injected today and will manifest after years.
More over some drugs that are known to be dangerous are not available to lay personnel.
One has to be a qualified physician to acquire them and they are bound to keep a record of it on sellers' end.
So there is hardly any chance that you might be harmed that way.
Such unrealistic thought may be out of despair or SciFi type of serials/films.
Sometimes such thought arise in mind when you are insure of job, targets or progress etc.
Try to adjust with these issues.
