Brief Answer:
Pigmented lesion inguinal area

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are concerned about a pigmented lesion in your groin area. These areas could be simple nevi or seborrheic keratosis. It would help if you could up load an image of the lesion so we can better diagnose the lesion. I would not think there are any dangerous STD like illnesses that would manifest with pigmented lesion in this area.

Look forward to helping you in the future after you upload images. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Early HPV

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for submitting the images. The images show to small pigmented areas at the base of your penis. From the appearance they look like early HPV or human papillomavirus lesions also none as venereal warts. These are warts very similar to warts you get on your hands but appear now in your genital area. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and have them treat the lesions early so you wouldn't have any spread of the warts. I would also caution you on shaving. The virus will be transmitted onto your shaver and spread to other areas. So I would throw away your razor and not shave until the lesions are healed.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

I have been in a two year monogamous relationship. Do you think i got it from her? What kind of treatment will they give? How will this affect my life?

Brief Answer:
HPV in adults

Detailed Answer:
HPV could have been caused by any one your partners. There is no way to tell who gave it to you. Treatment is by topical cryotherapy and chemical cauterization. Both are relatively painless and will destroy the lesion quickly. That is why I recommend quick treatment. You may transmit the virus to your partner so I would recommend condom until you are fully treated. This can be cured so it should not impact your life deeply. But I do recommend quick treatment before the virus gets out of control
