Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are not typical for cardiac issues. They seems more related to gastrointestinal issues especially GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease, acid reflux)

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations in order to find out the etiology of your problems:
- Blood work
- ecg
- chest x ray
- abdominal ultrasound
- cardiac echo
- upper endoscopy

Meantime I would recommend as follows:
- eat often an din small portions
- avoid spicy food
- avoid caffeine, carbonated drink, energy drink and alcohol
- use simethicone tablets and PPi (omeprasole)
This measures will help to relive your symptoms.

Wish you health!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back, XXX

As I said earlier, what you are experiencing is caused by bowel distention that is a common complication of GERD or other gastrointestinal issues.

Your symptoms are suggestive for GERD and treating GERD will relieve your symptoms.
