Brief Answer: Possible common viral infection Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through the medical history of your mate and understood your concerns. To my opinion, she might be having a common viral infection which is causing general fatigue (shakes) and stomach problems. I suggest to get her visited by her GP in order to start proper treatment in time. Meanwhile, I advised not to force her to eat. Let her drink more water, juice, or tea. Give her OTC acetaminophen to relieve pain. Once again, get her visited by her GP to rule out serious problems and to take proper treatment in time. Wish fast recovery to your mate! Dr.Sejdini
