Brief Answer: Detailed below. Detailed Answer: Hello! Thank you for the query. Tooth ache usually indicates an inflammation due to dental caries. So any relief is only temporary and dentist should take care of your teeth. For temporal relief the best would be Diclophenac 75 or 100 mg along with Paracetamol 1000 mg. You may also rinse the mouth with some antibacterial oral agent. Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Grzegorz Stanko (2 minutes later)
Brief Answer: . Detailed Answer: Yes. Those medicines should help in bones, muscles and nerves pains. However if you do suffer from neuralgia for long time (not related to teeth inflammation) Amitryptyline or some other antidepressants should be helpful. But this should be consulted with pain doctor first. Regards.

Brief Answer: . Detailed Answer: You may try to rinse the painful area with cold water or some mouthwash (if you have it). Paracetamol should be available also in regular market/store. Without medicines you can not do much more. To get a good sleep she should remember about few things: - regular bed time - wake up at the same time everyday - avoid naps - avoid coffee, decrease tea, avoid caffeinated drinks (like coke) - have some physical activity during the day - spend more time outside in sunlight - decrease a little room where she sleeps - try Melatonin supplement once a day before sleeping This simple steps should help. If not, she may consult her doctor and get some sleeping pills (however most of sleeping pills are addictive and can not be used in a long period). Regards.
