Brief Answer:
I believe you have Diabetic Neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to HCM, I believe you have Diabetic Neuropathy.

What can help you is the following--

High doses of Vit- B1, B6, B12, ALA, Amitryptaline, Capsaicin, Duolexitine, and Gabapentin.

Please go back to your Diabetologist/Endocrinologist and ask him/her if these will help. One or all of these will certainly alleviate your complaints.

Do let me know if you've any further queries
Regards

When I went to my drs, they all told me it was not diabetic neurophy, since the burning was all over arms, especially in my both breasts, arms shoulder blades, they thought as I mentioned in my question that it was an allergic reaction to glypizide and made me stop taking it. should I go back on glypizide since it brought my sugar down good, they have me on toujeou insulin and that is not helping at all sugars are still high, please let me know what you think I should do, I would really appreciate it and value your opinion

Hi XXXXXXX I would still try the drugs I mentioned for generalized burning,

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I would still try the drugs I mentioned for generalized burning too, especially Amitryptyline, Capsaicin, Duolexitine, and Gabapentin.
And yes if withdrawing glipizide did not help the burning, you can go back to it but under your doctor's monitoring.
Mental stress caused by the burning not reducing is also preventing your sugar from coming down.
Please discuss these options with your doctor. This is what I would try for one of my patients. I really hope they work for you too. Sincere regards.
