What Causes Tiredness, Sleeplessness And Pain In The Legs?

Question: I am always tired. I am not getting clean sleep at night. This is happening for the last 2-3 months. In the morning,when I wake p, I am having pain in my leg below knees. My right ear stays blocked for most of the time.I am having slight headache.i have a blocked nose on my right side. I don't feel like working and waste time browsing internet.I am unable to concentrate. My age is 34 and weight is 75 kg,height- 5 ft 3 inch. I have bp in the range of 150/90 but not under any medication.

I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are usual in a couple of conditions. One is hypothyroidism which is decreased function of the Thyroid gland. This is diagnosed by a blood test - Thyroid function tests.
The other condition is depression. Are you under stress? Vitamin D deficiency is also a possibility if you don't get much sun.
Please upload your recent blood tests and let me have more details to make helpful suggestions. In the meanwhile eat wholesome food which is low in salt and fats, exercise at least 30 minutes a day and practice stress relieving techniques.
