Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query.

In general, your test results are basically normal. There is nothing there which would likely contribute to shaky feeling or fatigue.

It might be reasonable to check thyroid function as this can sometimes contribute to significant fatigue.

There was a bit of blood noted in the urinalysis - sometimes this might not be significant but your doctor might consider checking another urine test in a few months.

Anxiety and depression could contribute to fatigue and shaky feelings - if you think this is a possibility it would be reasonable to review that with your doctor.

Otherwise I would recommend a good healthy balanced diet and exercise of 45 minutes or more 4-5 days per week. This may help improve energy as well.

Thanks again for the query.
