Question: I want to know what can cause numbness/tingling left shoulder blade area especially in evening. Numbness left side facial area. Slight shakiness all over and muscle twitching especially when laying down to sleep at night but happens throughout day also. Frequent urination, general lack of energy, loss of appetite. Eyes have been bloodshot red lately and burning. Also noticing a lot of floaters in eyes. And pain in lower rib area right and left sides. Insomnia.

Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated under a Neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. I have also gone through the attached lab reports.

The symptoms of tingling, numbness over face and shoulder region may be due to radiculopathy or nerve involvement.
Another possibility is spinal cord involvement.
If mri of spine is normal then nerve conduction study and emg study is required.
Features suggestive of fasciculations present.
You need to get examined by a Neurologist.
Stress and insomnia may be contributing to fasciculations.
Blood investigation like thyroid profile needs to be done too.
Upload more report's, prescription and imaging.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.

My Dr won't refer me to neurologist because he said with my spinal CT I had done last year and brain MRI, chest xray, and CT last month it is just extreme anxiety from thinking I had cancer because of the liver cysts and hemangiomas. I know these aren't in my head though as others see me shake and I definitely feel the muscle twitches and numbness. The bloodshot eyes are observable (he says that allergy related) and the pain in my rib area is what I originally went to Dr for in January. I haven't had my thyroid tested although I've had complete blood work ups for 3 months straight. Ruled out heart/stroke related as they did a EKG and treadmill echo stress test both normal. I just want to know can he be right that all of these symptoms are anxiety/stress related or is that impossible and I need to see another primary Dr to get a referral? I am just trying to piece this all together and I that cancer that spreads to spine can cause all these symptoms also. Thanks again

Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Possibility of cancer is very uncommon.
Anxiety may also present with such features but organic cause should be looked.
Mri of spine is preferable over CT for radiculopathy.
For numbness and faciculation, nerve conduction study should be done.
Second opinion can be taken if not responding to treatment.
Wishing you good health and early recovery.
