Brief Answer:
Cause of symptoms and need for details

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The cause of your symptoms could be

- Cervical spondylosis - The cervical disc compression in neck can cause all of your symptoms. It decreases muscle power in all limbs, so low energy is felt. It is common to occur after 40 years.

You should consult neurologist to evaluate you. The investigations required are

- MRI cervical spine
- X ray neck

: Anaemia - Low hemoglobin level can cause all of the above symptoms . And if it is associated with low calcium, low vitamins (B12, folic acid) symptoms can be more of neuromuscular disease.

It can be confirmed by
- Hemoglobin leve
- B12 level
- Folic acid level
- Calcium

: Low vitamin D3 level - It is very common now a days to have low Vitamin D3 level. It can cause
- weak bone and muscles
- low energy
- Depression
- Repeated fracture
- generalised bone pain

Kindly get your vitamin D level checked.

: Depression - If everything comes normal, please consult Psychiatrist to rule out depression. It can present like any disease.

: Fibromyalgia - It is common to occur in your age. In it, there is generalised pain but no inflammation. SO investigations are of no use. It can be suspected more if there are trigger points. It is suspected of everything is normal.

Now you can consult doctor and ask him about any of above mentioned causes. If you can provide me more details like

- What is the duration
- Any history of chronic illness
- Any blood work up done yet
- Any history of depression
- Any family history of diabetes

All these answers will help me in reaching unto some conclusions.
Hope it will help you. If still in doubt, do let me know.
Thanks. Take care
