What Causes Tingling Sensation In Leg Post Miscarriage?

Question: Earlier last evening I felt an intense and irritating tingling in my right foot and ankle. Side note: I recently miscarried and bled quite fluidly for 15 days and perhaps this is a cause but I fell asleep easily and woke up 3 hours later unable to sit still, very uncomfortable with general irritating restlessness + RLS. :( thoughts?
And right foot is still very hyper sensitive

Do you have back pain that radiates to the feet ?

Is the pain in the base of the heel ?

Do you have Diabetes ?

It is possible you have a muscle spasm in your calf muscles. This could be due to disorder in the lower back like slip disc and nerve compression or nerve compression in the heel or Baxter nerve compression.

Apply heat to the region of pain and tingling. Keep the limb elevated. Take pain killer and muscle relaxant like Tablet Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals. Apply pain killer gel as well.

Kindly get your Complete blood count, Uric acid level in blood.
