Brief Answer:
Need to meet psychiatrist for refill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I appreciate your efforts for medical consultation in so much distress.

Important aspects of your query are:
•     26 year old female
•     Known case of DDD with chronic pain, ADHD and Anxiety.
•     Currently on Adderal, Valium and Suboxone.
•     Complaints of: random tingling and periods of strange sensations on face

Suboxone contain Buprenorphine and Naloxone. Buprenorphine is a long acting opioid drug and used in treatment for opoid addiction. As it is a opioid, it has pain relieving property. As it is opioid, so doctor do not give it for long term due to addiction. As you already used it 8mg bid, which is high dose and lead to severe withdrawal, in such cases you should meet nearby psychiatrist or deaddiction specialist to get your refill.

If I see your treatment your all 3 medicines (Adderal, Valium and Suboxone) lead to addiction. You should also request your psychiatrist to put you some other non addictive medicines for better control for anxiety, as valium is not good antianxiety medicine for long term control of anxiety and poor control of anxiety lead to reduction in pain threshold (or increase perception of pain).

In drug treatment of anxiety two types of medicine used. For immediate relief of anxiety benzodiazepines group of medicines are used (like valium) and for long term relief most commonly SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are used. SSRI takes around 3-4 weeks to show its effect but provide better control of anxiety.

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.

Wish you good health.
