Brief Answer:
You need to get a review with your ophthalmologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic!

Based on the history you have shared, you need to get evaluated by your ophthalmologist, for any signs of increasing pressures inside your eye known as intraoccular pressure as it can lead.to further complications. Also that you can look carefully in mirror or ask somebody as if any signs of redness or inflamation present or any discharge or watering of eyes is being experienced out of proportion.

Meanwhile you can use anti inflammatory eye drops like DICLOFENNAC Sodium drops after discussing with your GP and you can also keep in using over the counter analgesics like Acetaminophen after meals but preferably after checking with your Ophthalmologist. Keep washing the eyes with slightly cold water(don't use running tap-water in this case, try mineral water) and avoid exposure to dust or bright light directly for few days to look for any symptomatic relief.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
