Brief Answer:
Valacyclovir is the drug of choice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

These vesicular lesions at the back of the throat point to Viral pharyngitis most likely to be Herpes simplex/Herpangina.

The inflammation can spread to the eye giving rise to such symptoms.

All you currently need is tab Valacyclovir 1 gm twice a day for 5 days will offer complete resolution of your symptoms.

Note;these drugs should be taken only under strict medical supervision.

So is this a kind of STD?

Brief Answer:
May not be an STD always.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,Sir

Yes it could be an STD, but not necessarily always.

Some times minor fluctuations in the body's level of immunity can give rise to the activation of latent/hibernating viruses in the body producing above such symptoms.

Such latent infections occur even in completely healthy individuals.

One such best example is Herpes labialis which cause fever blisters in the oral cavity and lips in individuals who are recovering from high fevers.

Thank you.
