What Causes The Inability Of Achieve Full Erection?
Question: My sex life isn't what it used to be. For the last year I have been able to achieve only a partial erection that is insufficient for intercourse. i have not noticed a nocturnal tumescence. Is there a herbal product or nutritional supplement or medication. I would prefer all natural products. Are any of my medication contributing to my problem.
Lab results 2 weeks ago Na 139, K 3.9, Cl 102, Co2 24, BUN 12, SCr 1.0 mg/dL,, fasting gluocose 166, Hbg 16, Hct 50%, AST 35, ALT 18, Ca 9.5, Mg 1.8, A1C 8.5%, Testosterone 700 ng/dl, TSH 1.54, BNP 79, fasting lipid profile T. chol 192, HDL 41, LDL 94, TG 129 mg/dl, VLDL 19 mg/dl, I do not smoke or drink i walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week with slight SOB, I have no current stressors, fatigue, nocturia, urgency, or symptoms of prostatitis, occasionally transient edema in ankles, most of my toenails are brittle and yellowing, I have not had an MI, and have normal heart rate and rhythm, normal scrotum, testes, descended, no masses no discharge, my urine test was SG 1.00; ph 5.1; leukocyte esterase -, nitrite -, protein 100 mg/dl; ketones -, urobilinogen normal; bilirubin -, blood -, microalbumin/ Cr ration 18 mg/g, What risk factors do I have. What do you like would cause my erectile dysfunction
