Brief Answer:
possible external hemorrhoids, colonoscopy advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The lump you felt around the anus is possible external hemorrhoids due to constipation.

Further colonoscopy is advised to evaluate and determine the final diagnosis and treatment.

For the moment, I can only advise to avoid constipation through diet and lifestyle changes.

Hope it helped!

Brief Answer:
Following suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for your further clarifications.

If you feel the lumps under the skin, then, my suggestions are as following :
1. Lipoma = benign tumor of fatty tissue under skin
2. Fekaloma = fecal mass you feel when constipated for days
3. Tumors of the bowels.

abdominal ultrasound and ct-scan will help determine the right diagnosis.

Hope it helped!
