Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Loosing consciousness and vomiting after head trauma may indicate brain damage ( brain contusions, hematoma), even in the setting of alcohol use.
Black eye may indicate fracture of the anterior cranial base.
It is necessary to get a head CT scan done in order to get a better understanding of your condition.
Discuss with your Doctor about getting done a head CT scan in no time.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Greetings.

Brief Answer:
No need to rush to ER.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again and thanks for being on follow up.
Since all that time passed, I don't think it is necessary to rush to ER.
You can discuss with your primary care Doctor about getting examined with imaging in order to evaluate and exclude late complications of head trauma such subdural hematoma etc.
Hope I helped you.
Kind regards.
