I studied your query to its full details.I understood your health concerns.
The white bumps vanished its whiteness after the antibiotic treatment you had,as it was due to the throat infection and the drugs controlled that infection.
The lump on the left side,which are due to lymphadenitis, also got reduced after antibiotics treatment,as the infection got controlled.
Impression-
Your main concern is the bumps on the throat.You should not to be worried about it,as they are the hypertophic Tonsils and are normal now.
As you know Tonsils are the gatekeepers of the Gullet and Airway and guard oneself against attack by any infection.
With the time they will reduce down as the infecting exposure is controlled by your immune system.
So don't worry about these bumps on the back of the throat,they are normal now.

Hi,Dear thanks for the updates.
If the red bumps are still persisting,in that case you consult your ER Ent-Surgeon, and continue the treatment under his care,as you may need further treatment and investigations if your Ent-Surgeon feels so.
The bumps are red and getting worst with sore throat,indicates in-complete treatment of the Acute Tonsillitis you have taken lately.
Hence I would not label your sore throat- as indication of STD,as feared by you.
This possibility of STD with Sore throat, can only be considered if you had oral sex anytime lately. And then in that case things would be left to your ER Dermatologist doctor,which I would advise if that is the case.
But as in your first query and or/ the second updates,you never seemed admit it, that possibility is out of question, until you have any history of oral sex or unportected sex anytime in the past or recent past.
Please confirm to ME, if you have any sex contact? In that case give me the full updates of history of sex contact or any blood transfusion lately.
Dear be XXXXXXX and transparent regarding the STD fear which you expressed in the last update.
I assure you to help you out, whatever may be the case.
I await any blood / urine test reports / and reports of STD doctor check up in the next visit.

Restrict cold drinks /smoking/ tobacco / etc.for next 2 weeks.
Take plenty of fluids for 2 weeks.
Take Rest for 8 hrs.
don't move for next 2-3 days to avoid another bout of throat infection.
Have high protein bland , soft, non-oily, non-fried and mostly liquid diet for next 4-5 days.
This would recoup your inner healing power.
