Brief Answer:
It is a part of pharyngeal lymphoid ring.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query, seen your picture and understand your concern.

In my opinion, this is a lymphoid tissue in right lateral pharyngeal wall. It is a part of pharyngeal lymphoid ring or Waldeyer's lymphatic ring .
It is commonly seen in many individuals, nothing to worry.

Also your left tonsil show white spot due infection inside it.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily .

This swelling & infection inside tonsil will subside .

Hope this information helpful to you.If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
