My name is XXXXXXX I am 51 years old and have lived with Lupus and Fibromyalgia for almost 11 years now. I have taken gabapentine and amitryptiline for the Lupus and Fibromyalgia and have had great results. I am taking ibuprofen and alternating heat and ice, but am not getting any pain relief. What else can I try? Also, I have a lot of swelling in my hands and feet. What can I do to reduce the swelling?

For cure of your pain and swelling you need to add cap. rabiprazole empty stomach, cap. indomethacin25mgs thrice a day.
But to make exact diagnosis of your swelling get serum RA factor, serum uric acid, ESR, CRP fasting blood sugar and send me the report.
Till then take medication advised above.
