Brief Answer:
Get investigation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

There are many causes of the symptoms which you are having e.g leg infection, blood clot in the leg, sometimes veins in the legs that cannot properly pump blood back to the heart etc.

You have not mentioned if both legs are having swelling because it may be due heart failure, kidney failure, or liver failure.

If fever is present then get blood tests including T.L.C, D.L.C, Hb levels, Fasting blood sugar levels done.

So I advise you to Get morning blood pressure levels checked , color doppler of both lower limbs.

Send me all the reports.

Till then raise your legs above your heart while lying down, wear support stockings, exercise your legs, follow a low-salt diet, lose weight if you need to, apply compression bandage.

I hope it helps.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
