Brief Answer:
OVER THE COUNTER CITRIZINE. If persistent, See a Doctor Immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having itchiness in throat with swollen neck.

As such, any reaction starts with itching in throat or skin. In severe form of reaction, change of voice and breathlessness will be seen. Any way, you can start over the counter anti-allergic medications like cetirizine 10 mg as a stat dose.

In case of persistent or prolonged symptoms( hoarseness of voice, breathlessness or increasing neck swelling (laryngeal swelling and congestion can cause airway obstruction), you need to visit an ENT surgeon. Depending on the examination reports further treatment can be started.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
