Question: o k i'm back did what u said visited a very expensive urologist.....he did not confirm mumps...hmmm....my doctor is only concerned about blood in urine for now....but that is not my concern...imagine that...my doctor did confirm that there is a hardness on backside of testis and that they did not shrink as would be the case if i had ,,had mumps... so if no mumps ??? what caused almost triple swelling of both testis during the worst flu like symptoms i have ever experianced....will i ever ejackulate the old way ever again..testis stil tender but getting better almost 4 months now

Will you please post our previous discussion so as to memorise me all the facts to make precise comments.

The swelling of both the testicles and presence of fever and chills strongly suggest active infection of both the testicles (Orchitis).

Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.so that infection of testicles can be controlled by taking appropriate antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac .

Please not e thah Orchitis takes long time to get cured hence one has to take antibiotics for long time say 3-4 months.

Frequent ultrasound scanning of scrotum at monthly interval will be helpful to monitor the status of infection and recovery of the testicles .

As regards your anxiety about ejaculation ,it will be resumed once your testicular infection is cured completely.
