What Causes Swelling In The Breasts?

default
Posted on Tue, 18 Apr 2017
Question: It's been 21 days since my LMP and the past couple of days both of my breasts have been swollen. No pain, just noticeably bigger. I had swollen breasts last month for the first time before my cycle, but it was closer to when my cycle began. My cycle tends to be 30 days long.

Brief Answer:
Hormonal chances lead to different prementrual symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

The premenstrual symptoms vary a lot from woman to woman and every months in the same woman.
You will notice that your cycle can change also. That is because the hormonal levels change under the effect of the daily stress, diet and lifestyle.

So, I would say that your concern does not indicate something pathological.

If you have other symptoms of concerns- just let me know.
Meanwhile, I hope I have answered your question and reassured you a bit.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
