What Causes Swelling At Base Of Scrotum?
Question: HI - yes last night I was swollen (about 2 inches) at the BASE of my scrotum - after urinating the swelling subsided - TODAY my hands are swelled somewhat, i feel that my LIP is now swollen , I feel off as well - Im not sure what this is - I am generally a VERY healthy person - but definitely the swelling in my testicle sac last night BUT it was NOT the testicles for sure - it was at the base and after I urinated it went away ? I do not have insurance , what do you recommend ? - XXXXXX I am in XXXXXXX , CO

what ever it was is gone now - I just had Lasik surgery and have been taking medication for that - including a blood version where they take the Cells from my blood and I use those in drops placed in my eye - as my eye was not healing well
