What Causes Sustained Cold, Cough And Vertigo?

Question: My wife was having cold, cough and vertigo, we visited Physician and she was prescribed medication for 5 days (prescription attached). After 5 days he rcold and cough has decreased (subsided) but she still is experiencing vertigo although of very light intensity few times a day (like morning after waking up, evening etc). Please advice which doctor should we visit ENT or GP
