Brief Answer:
Get a check up and scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

Sudden weight gain needs to be evaluated.. Get a thyroid profile done to rule out hypothyroidism.. Get a scan of abdomen and pelvis done to see for any abdominal mass

First of all can you please tell me the content of zolphynite.. Are you on any OCP's? Is your periods regular? Do you have children?

OCP's on long term use can cause weight gain.. Certain drugs also causes sudden weight gain.. PCOS is another cause of weight gain..

If everything is normal proper diet control and exercise will help to reduce weight.. Include more of fruits and vegetables in the diet..Reduce fatty food and fried items.3 meals in small quatity should be taken.. Aerobics will help to reduce weight..

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..

Brief Answer:
Get a pregnancy test

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..

Can you please write to me the content of the tablet zolphynite which will be written in small letters below the trade name..

Get a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Irregular periods with weight gain can polycystic ovaries. This can be confirmed by FSH, LH blood test and an ultrasound of the pelvis to see the ovaries.. This itself is a cause of weight gain..

OCP's are birth control pills and PCOS is polycystic ovaries..

A nutritionist is required to give you a proper chart. A routine diet chart is as follows..
Morning- 2 idli/dosa with chutni/sambar
Afternoon- 1 cup rice with lots of vegetables or 2 chappathies with lots of vegetables
Evening - 1 glass of skimmed milk and 1 apple
Night- 1 chappathi with friuts and green leafy vegetables..

Avoid interval diet. Avoid fatty food. Alternate day you can take egg white.Fish can be taken daily in curry form. Meat once a week in small quantity.

Hope I have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts...Good day..

Brief Answer:
This is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing..

Bth FSH and LH are normal.. These are the 2 hormones which get deranged during polycystic ovary... With a scan report report we can rule out polycystic ovary.. Then you can get a good diet control to get back your shape..

Hope I have answered your query. Happy diwali..

Hi,
Thanks for writing..

Sorry, I dont know about these machines.. So I cant give any advise whether it will be good for you.. Ask someone who has undergone this treatment..

Since pregnancy test is negative, take progesterone tablet for 5 days to get withdrawal bleeding. You can get this by local doctor prescription or from gynecologist.
