Brief Answer:
pain is mostly musculoskeletal...explained

Detailed Answer:
hello,
Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic.
going through your history, it appears that breakthrough bleeding can be most probably stress related during this cycle unless you are any form of cotraception and you have missed or pills . Otherwise muscles aches and musculoskeletal symptoms can be attributed to low vitamin d content in the body.

sudden onset poain in elbow, rt shoulder and behind knee is possibly due to poor posture and not otherwise related to hormones. Also this is not typically cardiac in nature.

With PAP still positive for HPV for which i believe you have undergone LEEP or conisation procedure , it should subside over period of next 6 months and you have follow up with pap smears .

A one sided oophorectomy per se or tubal ligation dont seem to affect the estrogen levels much as the other ovary compensates for the same.

The pain appears completely musculoskeletal in nature and you may take any pain killer like tab. diclofenac sodium 150mg SR once a day for 2 doses and that should take cae of the pain. please continue your vit d3 tabs and also calcium tablets alongwith.
