What Causes Subtle Sensitivity In Teeth And Weakness In Gums?

Question: I have developed subtle sensitivity in my teeth. I feel the gums are weak, it bleeds if handled roughly. Just a press on the gum would lead it to bleed. Mostly I brush twice daily, i use a soft brush and use himalaya dental cream. Please suggest if any medication is required.

-You can take medicine like vitamin C for healthy gums by consulting with local doctor .
-You can use toothpaste like colgate pro releif or sensodyne for sensitivity of teeth .
