Brief Answer:
We have to search the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have subcutaneous bleeding.

Likely cause are

Aging, trauma, viral infection, low platelets count, vitamins( B, C and K) deficiency, coagulation disorder, blood thinner, cancer etc.

So please provide history.
Do you have history of trauma?
Do you have history of fever?
Do you have any past history of bleeding?
Are you taking any medicines?

Please go for complete blood count and coagulation profile.

Give me follow up with history and reports so that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
