What Causes Stomach Upset Along With Loose Stools?

Question: Hi, I had symptoms of a cold that subsided that have been replaced with slight upset stomach and loose stools. I've also had some mild fatigue for the last two days. Could this all be caused by a virus?

Upper respiratory tracty infection and cold is usually caused by virus. The infection is usually associated with other constitutional symptoms like generalizede fatigue, fever , lack of energy and sometimes with loose stools.

I would suggest you the following remedy which will be helpful

1. Ensure good intake of fluids: Drinking fresh fruit juice especially citrus fruits(rich source of Vitamin C , Vitamin C is very helpful in cold) will be helpful

2. Sip honey 1 spoon each time 3 to 4 times a day

3. probiotic syrup will be helpful for loose motion

4. Adequate rest and nutritional diet
